What SignalBoard is, who it is for, and how voting, roadmap, and changelog fit together.

SignalBoard is a customer feedback platform for SaaS teams. It combines feature voting, a public roadmap, and a changelog so you can collect requests, prioritize by real demand, and tell users what you shipped.

It is built for indie founders and small product teams who want the same core loop as tools like Canny, without per-seat or tracked-user pricing. Start free, upgrade to Pro at a flat $15/mo when you need more boards or white-label options.

The feedback loop

  1. Collect. Customers submit ideas on a public board (or via the embeddable widget). They verify email once, then vote and comment with one click.
  2. Prioritize. Vote counts and AI duplicate detection consolidate demand. Move posts through statuses in the dashboard.
  3. Share. Your public roadmap updates as statuses change. Publish changelog entries when you ship. Voters get notified.
